Running Fitness for Beginners

Safe and fun running sessions to improve fitness. Walk, jog or run at your own pace. All levels welcome. No distance running involved. Short interval sessions to help improve fitness. Suitable for complete beginners.

Sessions are held every Thursday at 6.00pm. Please wear suitable clothing for outdoor exercise and bring plenty of water.
