In 2014, the British Heart Foundation published a guide for physical activities in under 5's. It was designed to help those who work in early years settings to plan suitable physical activities for young children. It was split into seven parts, two of these have been included to provide an introduction to physical activity and practical ideas from babies to 5 year olds.
