Get Berkshire Active have been working with fellow Active Partnership Rise to understand the experiences and needs of the early years workforce across the country. Rise devised and created a survey which we disseminated to professionals in Berkshire; the results of all the local surveys have been collated and a report produced to outline the findings and recommendations.
