#MovingCan Day 2- Stroke

#MovingCan reduce your risk of having a stroke or transient ischaemic attack (TIA). Just 30 minutes of moderate activity five days a week can reduce your risk of stroke by over 25%.


#MovingCan Day 2- Stroke

This is day 2 of the #MovingCan campaign, this day sets out to focus specifically on how any form of physical activity is able to reduce the risk of developing a serious medical condition such as stroke by over 25% for even as little as half an hour of exercise five days a week.
