#MovingCan Day 3- Hypertension

#MovingCan lower blood pressure by keeping your heart and blood vessels in good condition. Adults should do at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity such as cycling or fast walking every week.


#MovingCan Day 3- Hypertension

This is day 3 of the #MovingCan campaign. Today's focus involves focus on how any form of physical activity can reduce blood pressure for the benefit of keeping blood vessels and your heart in good condition. It is suggested from research that adults should do at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity each week for this to apply.
