#MovingCan increase blood flow to the brain and release endorphins, the body's very own natural antidepressant. Becoming more active also gives you a sense of control, purpose and achievement.

This is day 8 of the #MovingCan Campaign. This day specifically focuses on how physical activity is able to reduce the risk of developing depression from the increase in positive energy.
