#MovingCan have a huge impact on our wellbeing. Even a short burst of 10 minutes’ brisk walking increases our mental alertness, energy and positive mood. Physical Activity can increase our self-esteem, reducing stress and anxiety.

This is day 9 of the #MovingCan campaign. This day pays specific focus towards boosting awareness on how levels of anxiety can be reduced through performing physical activity.
