Exploring voluntary sector support needs to grow physical activity

This session is to explore how community groups can be better supported to use physical activity in addressing inequalities.

Our aim is to address inequality by increasing levels of physical activity within our communities and we're keen to support and encourage local voluntary and community groups to include physical activity in your work.

Community Action Derby, Sport England and other local partners have been working closely to understand what it might take to do this.

We'd like to share the insight gathered so far, to check this with local voluntary groups and those who currently provide support to groups, and discuss how we can work together in the future, to embed physical activity in what we do in our communities.
