About Administrative Assistant
We are looking for someone who has a proven record of supporting a team through their administrative skills that includes processing invoices/payments, answering general customer enquires either face to face, on the phone or via email.
Sport Sheffield aims to provide the university & community with a variety of opportunities to get active whether that be through our wide varied programmes, the use of our facilities or through staff opportunities. The Administrative Assistant role will support all of these key areas through an exciting set of objectives.
The successful candidate will work as part of the Programme & Development Team within Sport Sheffield. Key responsibility of the role will include supporting customer enquiries, processing payments, maintaining up to date accurate records, booking out required facility spaces, supporting the University of Sheffield open days & making suggestions to improve service delivery.
