Our August 2018 #MovingCan Campaign highlighted 31 amazing health and wellbeing benefits of Physical Activity. The campaign was a collaborative one created and delivered by GBA and the NHS Frimley and BOB (Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire & Berkshire West) Prevention Groups.
