GBA will be providing an opportunity for partners across Berkshire to meet face-to-face at a Disability & Long Term Health Conditions Inclusion Forum. Come along to meet new partners, hear from a variety of speakers and look at how we can work together to support more inclusive physical activity opportunities for disabled people and people with long term health conditions.

The aims of the Inclusion forum are to:

• Demonstrate the power of physical activity and how it can support disabled people and people with long term health conditions
• Share knowledge/expertise related to inclusive sport and physical activity focusing on disabled people and people with long term health conditions
• Provide an opportunity to collaborate across different sectors to support better connections
