This Mental Health Awareness Week, there's lots of helpful resources out there and opportunities to get active or understand how physical activity can help mental health. Take a look at a few of those below:

Sport in Mind Movement for Mental Health Webinar

a 30 minute talk on how physical activity supports our mental health, the ideal tool for a lunch and learn session at work, at school or in your local community.

Sport in Mind Wellness Walk

Take part in your own #momentsformovement by joining Sport in Mind on a wellbeing walk on Friday 17th May! You can take part in a organised walks, or arrange your own, with a colleague, friend or family member, for a walk and talk for your mental wellbeing.

Walks for Wellbeing in Bracknell Forest

Bracknell Forest's guided Walks for Wellbeing programme aims to promote physical and mental wellbeing through light exercise. Most are approx. 2 miles in length and will take about an hour, however are suitable for adults of all ages. Most include Bracknell Forest's magnificent green spaces such as South Hill Park, Cabbage Hill, and Peacock Meadow.
