PARKING & DROP OFF POINTS
We are fortunate that the Braywick Park site has plenty of Parking. We have been allocated a limited space free parking zones for schools and event staff. Only school vehicles providing transportation for more than 2 children will be allocated a free parking space on the day. Spectators will need to pay for parking. Once free parking spaces have been taken all remaining vehicles will have to pay for parking.
NB: car parks and crossings will only be manned at peak arrival and departure times at all other times schools will be solely responsible for ensuring their pupils safety.
Disabled Parking
A designated Disabled Parking Area is available at the front of Leisure Centre in the Main Car Park. Please note there is a height limit to this car park so you will need to follow directions given by the marshals if you are in a minibus to the side of the Leisure Centre. No payment is required (see map).
Teams Travelling by Cars that Stay
All teams should drive directly to the designated games car park unless they require disabled parking. This is in the Main Car Park of the Leisure Centre and is found by turning right at the Toby Carvery and towards the far right corner of the car park (see map). We have limited parking so can only accommodate cars with more than 2 pupils in them.
Teams Travelling by Minibuses that Stay
All teams should drive directly to the designated games minibus car park unless they require disabled parking. The car park is found by turning right at the Toby Carvery and following the signs and marshals to the minibus parking site (see map).
Cars that Drop at the Start of the Day & Return at the End of the Day
Those teams/individuals travelling by car and not staying for the day should drop their participants off in the Drop Zone in the Main Car Park of the Leisure Centre. Please note that cars dropping individuals at the event and departing will not be able to stay and park in the Drop Zone for more than 5 minutes whilst waiting for other team members/teachers. If they need to stay for a while, please park in the main car park and pay for parking. Parking charges start at 9am (see map).
Meeting Points
The Event Staff & Volunteers cannot take responsibility for any pupils who arrive on site without a school member of staff. Parents MUST handover pupils directly to school staff. We suggest designating either the main or rear entrance of the Leisure Centre as your meeting point with parents. Please ensure a member of staff is on site prior to the time parents have been asked to drop.
Minibuses that Drop at the Start of the Day & Return at the End of the Day

Teams Arriving by Coach
Coaches are NOT allowed to stay on the Braywick site. Coaches will drive to the outer car park (turn right at the Toby Carvery), drop teams, and depart immediately. Coaches must ONLY return to the site when they are called to pick up their teams. Please ensure your coach driver knows this information and you swop contact numbers for the pickup.
Spectator Parking
Spectators may park in any of the designated Pay to Park car parks on the site. they must not park in our designated zones or those by Maidenhead Rugby Club where there are parking cameras in operation.
