This Girl Can, funded by The National Lottery, believes that there's no right way to get active – if it gets your heart rate up it counts. And we want more women to find what's right for them.
A national award-winning Campaign launch its new phase #FitGotReal to encourage women and girls to participate in physical activity and sport regardless age, backgrounds and ethnicity.

Project 500
Project 500 is a campaign to address the imbalance in the number of male to female coaches, creating a more diverse workforce to drive the growth of female participation in sport. It has seen over 500 female coaches recruited, developed and deployed across the seven South East counties.
