The idea is for pupils to complete and score the challenges in a similar way to which they would complete a Sports Hall Athletics event. The competition can be delivered as a stand-alone event, or as the culmination of a scheme of work based on teaching each of the skills needed to succeed in the challenges.
Each age group specific resource consists of 3 documents; the skill challenges, the set up describing how each activity should be completed to maintain integrity across schools, and the interactive score card. There are separate tabs on the scorecard to allow you to score either a 5 or 10 challenge competition, so you can either ask pupils to complete 1 activity from each of the stages of difficulty, or all 10 of the challenges.
