Get Berkshire Active in collaboration with Support in Mind are delivering a series of 4 FREE bespoke 'lunch & learn' webinars designed for the grassroots sport and physical activity sector. These sessions will help to develop your understanding and awareness of mental health and wellbeing, so that you can enhance the mental health conversations in your local communities. Understanding your mental wellbeing & self-care is key in knowing how to be happier. From recognising the causes of stress in your life to being confident in making important decisions, there are many intrinsic factors for every individual that can affect happiness.
