We all know that regular sport and physical activity plays a key part in a healthy lifestyle, and research supporting this is extensive and well documented. Factors affected include physical and psychological health, productivity at work, and engagement and attainment in education.
Get Berkshire Active have an impressive set of tools and processes to help gather and make sense of data. We utilise the data internally to help with decision making and also we use these tools and processes to help and support our partners.
We have extensive expertise in understanding the needs and issues of the local areas in Berkshire, the level of inactivity and the barriers to accepting active lifestyle of certain audiences.
