This Girl Can is a national campaign that celebrates women who are doing their thing no matter how they do it, how they look or even how sweaty they get. It's a celebration of active women who are proving that judgement is a barrier that can be overcome.

#BerksHER is our local campaign that aims to showcase the stories of women and girls across Berkshire who are enjoying physical activity and inspiring others to do the same. We want to hear from you, whether you're a beginner or a pro, whether you're into running, cycling, dancing, yoga, or anything else that gets you moving. We want to know what inspired you to get active and why you love being active - have you had to overcome any practical or emotional challenges?
