Support for Organisations & Workforce
GBA has created this support page to give you ideas and access to tools, resources and support which will help to build organisational resilience.
This page will evolve as we post new opportunities and resources, but please get in contact with any questions or feedback by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org
Workforce Resilience Offer
GBA's workforce support is aimed at organisations within Berkshire that have sport or physical activity as part of their offer. Through funding from Sport England, we aim to help those organisations to become more resilient and therefore sustainable through the current economic crisis.
There are a number of ways we are implementing this support:
Organisational Resilience: Cost of Living Workshop
Social Media Workshop
Social Media Content Workshop
Facebook & Paid Advertising Workshop
Instagram, X & TikTok Workshop
Social Media Deep Dive
Workshops for Charity Leaders
The workshops, hosted by Involve Community Services, are aimed at those in the charity sector. Whether you are just looking at setting up a charity, or your charity is well established. Click on the titles below to take you to the recordings of all 3 of the workshops.
1-1 Mentoring & Support
We have partnered with Our Community Enterprise, a social enterprise who provide business support, strategy, fundraising and project development support to provide a light touch mentoring and support programme for Berkshire organisations.
The aim of the programme is to help Sports, health and wellbeing organisations survive and thrive through identifying organisational barriers to resilience and sustainability, recommend actions to sustainability and help with meaningful advice that drives longer term organisational change.
If you are interested in this opportunity please get in touch ASAP with Ryan Gordonemail@example.com
Club and Organisational Development
We aim to help all organisations we can with advice and guidance, from governance and structure, to general development plans and help with accessing funding. If we cant help you and your organisation, we will be able to link in partners who may be able to help.
Again please do get in touch to have an informal chat.
