The "Health at Home" programme supported 243 primary and early years families. As 'Active Home Ambassadors' primary age children took charge, using weekly topics and games to help friends and family be active and healthy.
The 'Max Club' encouraged early years children to be active with stickers, games and certificates.
In partnership with the local Clinical Commissioning Group, 68% of families used fun "5 Ways to Wellbeing" resources to improve mental health.
"Maya has really enjoyed being an active ambassador... she encourages her family to keep moving and if we become lazy she reads out her pledge and gives us some small tasks to get us motivated."
