Having delivered outdoor fitness for 5 years, Jez switched to online classes so his diverse community members could exercise safely from home during lockdown. With no age limits, Jez catered for nursery age children to retired people. He introduced new classes like 'Animal Flow'.
When allowed, in-person outdoor sessions met requirements for maximum numbers plus track and trace. Thanks to his coaching and encouragement, his community have stayed fit and supported one another, benefitting both mental and physical wellbeing.
Jez has done all this whilst completing shifts as a frontline firefighter with the Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service.
