Skipping For Fitness

Did you know that 10 mins of skipping is the same as a 30 min run but burns more calories and many top level athletes use it as fitness because it supports with:

To support students return to fitness for their sports we have put together how to use the different skipping skills to support some of the main sports.

Routines are suggested guidance only. Novice skippers should practice each individual skills first and build up slowly. Work at your own pace.

Ensure you have a clear space around you before you start to skip.
